One tap publishes a cancelled or unused appointment. You set the price, and you can set a standing discount per appointment type if you want to move slots faster.
We tell waiting patients
Patients nearby who asked for that kind of appointment get a text and an email with the time, the place and the price.
First to pay takes it
The slot locks for five minutes while that patient pays. Nothing reaches you yet.
Payout after the appointment
Twenty-four hours after the appointment, or sooner if both sides confirm it went ahead, the slot price is released to you less our 10% commission.

A summary of how things work between Last Minute Clinic and the clinics using it. Full legal terms are provided at sign-up.
Eligibility
Last Minute Clinic is for licensed UK private healthcare providers. By joining, the clinic confirms it holds the regulatory registrations required to deliver the appointment types it lists.
Slot release
A released slot is a genuine, available appointment. The clinic is responsible for ensuring the date, time, type and price are accurate at the moment of release.
Claim lock
When a patient initiates a claim, the slot is held exclusively for that patient for five minutes. If the patient does not confirm in that window, the slot returns to the marketplace.
Cancellation by clinic
A clinic may cancel a released slot before it is claimed. Once a slot is confirmed by a patient, the clinic is expected to honour the appointment or arrange a direct alternative with the patient.
Commission
A 10% commission applies to each confirmed and attended slot, calculated on the clinic's standard slot price. There are no fees for unfilled, cancelled, or no-show slots originating from the patient side.
Data
The platform handles scheduling information only — patient name, contact details, and appointment preferences. No clinical records are stored or transmitted through the platform.
Notifications
Patients receive email and SMS notifications for matched slots. Clinics receive confirmations and reminders via email. Standard carrier rates may apply to patient SMS.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect.
